Standard Collection and Homeware Items: We include a standard shipping fee in our pricing for deliveries to our standard shipping areas. Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside these areas, which will be communicated to you beforehand.
Bespoke Furniture and Object Design Pieces: Deliveries within the Western Cape are handled by the Studio Bruwer team where possible. For deliveries outside this region, or where our team is unavailable, we utilize experienced courier services. Studio Bruwer arranges all necessary logistics and will notify you of any associated costs or conditions.
Responsibility: Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate. Studio Bruwer is not liable for products delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.

4. Installation Terms

Minor Installations: Our team can assist with minor installations. However, we are not liable for any damages resulting from installation. For complex installations requiring specialized skills or compliance with regulations, additional service providers may be necessary. Any associated costs will be communicated to you.

5. Return Policy

General: Due to the customized nature of our products, certain items may not be eligible for returns. Unused products in their original packaging may be returned for exchange or refund, subject to assessment by Studio Bruwer.
Natural Materials: Variations in wood color and slight movements may occur due to environmental changes. Metal components are treated appropriately but may rust over time, especially without proper care for outdoor use.
