Wood is a natural material, thus variations in color and pattern are to be expected. Additionally, wood may experience slight movement, which may result in small cracks, due to changes in environmental conditions. At Studio Bruwer, we meticulously treat and seal, based on a products intended use, our products to ensure durability and quality .

Similarly, metal contracts and expands based on surrounding condition. It's important to note that epoxy coating does not prevent rust. At Studio Bruwer, we appropriately treat and prepare all metal components according to their intended use. If  you would like our products to be intended for outdoor use, please inform Studio Bruwer so we can provide guidance on feasibility and suggest any additional treatments. Any associated costs for these treatments may be invoiced to the client.

Due to the customized nature of our products, certain items are not eligible for returns. However, any returned product must be unused and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact Studio Bruwer usin g the information provided in our "Contact Us" section. We will promptly process your request and communicate with you accordingly. Please note that the client may incur costs associated with the shipping to return or exchange products. We will arrange for the collection of the item, and upon receipt, Studio Bruwer will assess its condition. If approved, we will proceed with an exchange or refund.
